Why do we have a 'Fun Stuff' page on a site dealing with Hypnosis, Exam Excellence, Phobias and Sales & Business Development. Can't be relevant - can it? Well, it is. The human body is amazing. One of the most amazing, is the pharmaceutical production plant we have in our brain - the Hypothalmus. This can produce almost any drug, naturally. Anything from simple Endorphins, to deal with pain control, to others that can slow the onset or even reverse some cancers that could bve charged at tens of thousands of pounds per treatment on man-made alternatives.
We also have some games and bits for you and your children to stimulate brain activity. These have been chosen for beneficial effects on concentration, left right brain activity, logic and of course, having fun. The drug we are after in this section is Seratonin. This is the body's natural happy drug. They say a smile is infectious, well, seeing or hearing something funny or makes us smile, causes our brain to produce Seratonin. Hopefully, by the time you have had a good look through this section, your cheeks will be aching.
